Carrie heads up Ignition Collective. Previously she worked in marketing and client services for a range of companies. This includes over 21 years within the fast paced motorsport industry, where she utilises her experience in marketing activation and brand partnership strategy to help clients.
Carrie has advised on, negotiated and activated for brands such as Aston Martin, Euronics, Ford, SEAT, Hackett, InterContinental Hotels Group and Castrol. She has also provided insight and strategic consultancy to sports and entertainment rights holders.
Matt has been Lead Designer at Ignition Collective since it began. As a graduate of Swansea School of Industrial Design, he specialises in brand, logo and content creation.
Matt also has an in-depth knowledge of applying design into deliverable formats for business including print, embroidery, vinyl and paint. He works across a wide range of clients and loves nothing more than bringing a design project to life from the start and taking it right through to completion.
Laura first worked for Carrie at Aston Martin Racing over 10 years ago. Since then, Laura has gone on to design, manage and deliver varied projects across North America, Canada and the EU, along with accompanying marketing and PR campaigns. Laura has experience in a variety of industries, automotive, motorsport, publishing and financial services, to name a few.
Project managing teams across multiple time zones as well as successfully communicating with suppliers, sponsors, partners and colleagues is all in a day's work - Laura takes the 'task' out of multi-tasking and makes it look easy.
After a long career as a race and customer support engineer Allen joined IC to manage our technical projects.
Graduating from Cranfield University with a Masters degree in Motorsport Engineering and Management, Allen spent 15 seasons in the high-speed environment of motorsport working initially in the WRC with Subaru and Mini world rally teams and then latterly with Aston Martin Racing in various GT championships. Recent experience also includes a two year secondment as a Technical Account Manager.
Allen takes great satisfaction in seeing customer projects succeed at the highest level and loves nothing more than getting stuck in to set up the processes and procedures required to get a project off the ground, especially if that involves lots of spreadsheets!
Mike joined Ignition Collective in 2020 as Creative Developer. His bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation from the University of Teesside provides a great base for creating engaging content.
Mike has always loved designing websites and has developed his design and coding skills throughout his career. Mike’s love of all things web and passion for staying on top of design trends and software, means clients always get the best service possible.
Bethan graduated from Bournemouth University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media. It was during her four years of studying that Bethan realised her love for all things marketing.
Bethan has previous experience as both a Marketing Executive and a Social Media Manager. Her role here at Ignition Collective is her first agency-side position– welcome to the dark side Bethan.
A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, Jacob has a BA in Marketing, Advertising and Branding. All relevant for a role here at IC!
With a keen passion for all things motorsport and racing, Jacob has already had significant exposure across various areas of the industry, including governance, race teams and championships.
Jacob’s role as Digital Marketing Executive will allow him to work with our breadth of clients and providing support with all things social media and communications.
Bran is our enviably handsome office pup; he's intelligent, hard-working and very serious about his cuddly pheasant, aka 'phezy'. Bran's not all work and no play, though; given a chance, he will play all day until he crashes out on the sofa with a perfectly full belly - not that dissimilar to the rest of us at IC.
