This is a fantastic opportunity to join Ignition Collective which is a burgeoning creative marketing agency based near Banbury in the midlands. Primarily focusing on the motorsports industry, the six-year-old company is developing quickly, gaining new clients on an annual basis, but more importantly retaining existing ones. The business has expanded to a team of six and has ambitious growth plans.

About the Role

This rewarding role is about keeping the day-to-day running of the business alive and well. Primarily, the role supports the Managing Director allowing her to free up time to strategically direct the business. You’d be her right-hand man/woman. The role also entails coordinating the team and projects efficiently, ultimately delivering value to the customer. Depending on experience, the role maybe ideal for part-time working, negotiable with the MD.

Examples of tasks you would enjoy doing:

· Managing day to day team effectiveness below MD

· Managing weekly diary, meetings (on- and off-site), agenda setting, minute taking

· Coordinating and managing ongoing programmes

· Employee handbook development and updating policies

· Employee holiday management

· Team objective setting together with MD

· Offsite meeting coordination

· General administration, pay roll management (administered by external co.)
