From brand identity, social media content, product launches, website design and build, and pretty much everything else we are tasked with - you'll support us with igniting great ideas and literally making marketing happen.

The role

  • Manage the delivery of client content plans and social strategies across all key social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Design digital content for web and social media, including graphics, film, and photography
  • Support the account management teams in creating digital campaigns and content plans for a wide range of clients
  • Provide comprehensive reporting, analysis, and ongoing insights and recommendations to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
  • Keep up to date with new technical and creative developments in digital marketing with awareness of social trends and competitors
  • Closely monitor news, updates and trends in the different industries relevant to our client base and update the wider agency team regularly
  • Develop digital asset libraries to create a resource that provides clients with access to a wide range of photographic, film, and information resources for digital marketing
  • Develop and grow clients' social media communities, increasing the quality and quantity of followers, following aspirational accounts, conducting daily interaction, mentions, and sharing of content
  • Assist IC Project Managers as required with project-specific tasks such as brand campaigns, product launches, website builds, and more

Nice to haves

  • Developing social media content  
  • Recognising opportunities for unique and successful content
  • Generating new ideas that utilise video, animation, voice and photography  
  • Using and updating a website (CMS)
  • Using Google Analytics and social media analytics and reporting back to wider teams
  • Proven track record of developing audience engagement on social media, particularly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Data-driven to find insights and optimise campaigns
  • Photoshop / Canva experience
